The Party: A Houston Academy Tradition
Each spring, Houston Academy hosts The Party—our signature gala and a beloved tradition that brings together parents, alumni, faculty, and friends for an unforgettable evening of connection and celebration. More than just a night out, The Party plays a vital role in advancing the mission of our school.
Proceeds from the event directly support projects and enhancements that go beyond what tuition alone provides—the “extras” that elevate the student experience. From enriching classroom resources and upgrading campus facilities to creating new opportunities for play and exploration, The Party helps us continue to offer an exceptional, well-rounded education for every student.
The Party 2025
On April 26, 2025, Houston Academy hosted The Party, our premier annual gala, in the stunning Elizabeth Dove Cook Grand Hall. This sold-out event welcomed 233 guests—the venue’s full capacity—for an elegant evening of blue and white sophistication. Dressed in cocktail attire, our Raider community came together for a night of celebration, live entertainment by the Ty Reynolds Band, and spirited philanthropy.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and attendees, The Party 2025 raised over $182,000 before expenses, setting a new record for this cherished tradition. Proceeds will go directly toward enhancing our campus green spaces and play areas, creating meaningful improvements for our students and faculty.
