Performing Arts
The Houston Academy Theatre Program provides students in grades 5-12 with opportunities to explore their creativity and bring stories to life on stage. With over 40 middle school students (grades 5-8) and more than 60 upper school students (grades 9-12) involved, our program continues to thrive and grow. Each year, the middle school presents a fall production, while the upper school stages a spring performance, showcasing the incredible talents of our young actors. In addition to these major productions, our theatre students perform at quarterly Performing Arts Showcases and contribute to various school events throughout the year. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Houston Academy Theatre fosters a love for the performing arts, teamwork, and self-expression.

HA Show Choir
The HA Show Choir is a dynamic ensemble of 30 talented performers from grades 7-12, bringing energy, music, and choreography to the stage. With multiple performances throughout the year in the Elizabeth Dove Cook Grand Hall, the choir showcases a wide range of musical styles while captivating audiences with their vocal and visual artistry.
In addition to on-campus performances, the HA Show Choir also takes an off-campus trip to share their talents with a broader audience, furthering their experience and passion for performance. With a commitment to musical excellence and teamwork, the HA Show Choir continues to be a highlight of the fine arts program at Houston Academy.
