HudsonAlpha Institute of Biotechnology Peanut Breeding Project with HA students

Staff from the HudsonAlpha Institute of Biotechnology (Huntsville, Alabama) visited Mrs. Dean’s biology class today to introduce the Wiregrass Peanut Breeding Project. Kelley East and Jennifer Hutchison explained the project and instructed the students on the planting process. After the peanut plants have sprouted, the team will return to assist the students in DNA extraction. #WeAreHA
