Meet the Raiders is a new event for all Houston Academy students, fans, parents and supporters to kick off the new year with introductions of all Fall Athletic Teams, Band, Cheerleaders and Raiderettes. Introductions of all groups will be made Olympic parade style (schedule below) in the stadium. Introductions will include an overview of the upcoming season, introduction of individual members and coaches of each team. After introductions, support groups (band, cheer and dance team) will perform a brief dance or song/performance. To conclude the evenings’ festivities, our 2023 varsity football team will hold an inter-squad scrimmage. Concessions/Food will be available for purchase before and during the event to help support our Booster Club.  A booster tent will also be set up for purchasing memberships and season passes.

We encourage everyone to come early to meet and greet as booster concessions will be open at 5:30 with Introductions beginning at 6:00 pm and scrimmage following around 7:00.
