Congratulations to HA as we earned 2nd place at the Hudson Alpha Tech Challenge!
This weekend, sophomores Justin Bruner and Marcel Burque and juniors Rachael Davis and Libby Freeman traveled to Huntsville to compete in their first-ever hackathon, sponsored by Hudson Alpha Institute for Biotechnology. Teaming up with Enterprise, AL homeschooler Caleb North, they earned second place for developing and presenting a solution to securely store and retrieve genomic data under a time crunch of 30 hours.
