There are many opportunities for Houston Academy students to develop physically, socially, and emotionally through participation in a multitude of extracurricular activities, athletics, arts, and community service.

Short Term offers an array of enrichment classes and also provides time for educational travel and college tours. Participation is the reason our students know each other well. Friendships built in club projects or through service projects carry over into the classroom and across campus life. Participation is an amazing thing. It empowers young people. It instills confidence. It teaches responsibility. It builds friendships and creates community. By participating, students uncover hidden talents and discover new passions. Students in Upper School are encouraged to do all that they can to nourish their own personal development and become active, positive participants.
