Houston Academy's Lunch program is managed by Subs & More. On their menu you will find a wide variety of options available.
- To place an order, you may either print a menu, e-mail from this page, or pick up a copy in the front office.
- You must have the student's first and last name, homeroom teacher, week of, and grade on the menu.
- Enter the quantity of each item requested daily and add your total. If the orders are filled out on your computer, the menu will calculate amounts and totals for you.
- The lunch orders and payment cut off time is every Tuesday no later than 3:30 p.m. to be served for the following week. The menus can be dropped off in the office of Houston Academy or e-mailed to subsnmore@graceba.net. If you choose to e-mail it, you must have a signed credit card consent form on file with Subs & More.
- When there is a long break such as Spring break, Winter Break or Christmas Break, menus must be turned in the Tuesday before the break begins. All menus will be processed and charged at that time.
- Payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card. Make all checks payable to Subs & More.
- Beverages can be purchased from vending machines located in Dunning Hall.
- Parents always keep your child’s schedule in mind when ordering, including holidays, field trips, special events, appointments or inservice days. Since orders are processed a week in advance, they will not be able to issue credits or make any changes to the menus. Credits will be issued only in the event of a natural disaster or major holidays.
- You can fill out as many menus in advance as you would like. Be sure to specify the date on each menu, then e-mail them back to Subs & More and they will be processed for the week specified.
- Subs & More gift cards cannot be used for menu purchases; they are for in-store use only.
- If you share your e-mail address with them, they will send courtesy weekly e-mail reminders for menu orders.
