Challenge Day was held in February for fourth through sixth grade students. Participants chose jump rope or basketball activities in which to compete. The homeroom teachers and parents helped to time and score the various competitions. A list of first place finishers follows. Robert Dunlap tied the lay-up record with a perfect score of 30. Coach Kirkland and Mrs. Andrews said, “Robert’s 30 points was a thing of beauty!”
