All students in 3P, 4P, and 5K come to music twice during a six day cycle for thirty minutes at a time. The focus of preschool music is playing instruments, singing, creating music, gross motor activities, and performing. Preschoolers perform at Grandparents’ Day, holiday programs, and end of the year programs. Preschool music classes are taught by Laura Grace Holmes.
Students in grades 1-4 receive music twice in a six day cycle for forty-five minutes each class. They learn to play recorders, drums, and keyboards. They are introduced to music reading in first grade and advance throughout the years. Shelley Keeley teaches the Lower School music classes.
