Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library is a parent support group that plays an integral part in enhancing the Library’s ability to provide additional materials, mainly books, through its sponsorship of the Birthday Book Club.  The Birthday Book Club affords each student participant the opportunity to select a brand new book given in his or her honor to the Library.  The new book features a name plate with the honoree’s name and birthday inscribed.  Each Birthday Book Club member is able to be the first to check out this book, and then when finished reading it, returns it to be added to the Library’s circulating collection.
