Raider Run 2009


    On Saturday, November 14, 2009, the Houston Academy PTO will host the first Raider Run. All proceeds from the run will benefit the Dothan Rescue Mission and the Houston Academy PTO. The cost of entry is $25 for adults and $20 for kids. Please register by Thursday, October 29, to reserve your correct shirt size. There will be an additional $5 fee to register on the day of the race. Shirts are only guaranteed for pre-registered participants. All others will be first come, first served. Awards will be given in several categories, and all participants in the Fun Run will receive a medal. We are asking every family to try to register at least one friend or family member who does not attend Houston Academy.
    Thanks to the help of the Upper School Honor Society, there will be Kids BINGO (3P-6^th grade) in Dunning Hall free of charge to all registered runners. Kids can be checked in at 8:45 a.m. and picked up by 9:45 a.m. by parents who are participating in the race.
